A Mixed Bouquet

The other night we were forecasted to have some good storms. I knew this would tear into some of my flowers so I ran out at dusk to make a quick bouquet. For the first time this season there is a variety of different flowers blooming . I picked some of these daisies...

and these painted daisies I grew from seed 3 years ago or so.

The second flush of lilacs are blooming; they're a lot less fragrant, but the color is darker.

And these coral bells are blooming great right now, too.

Put em' all together in a $4 vase find, add some allium (chives), columbine, sweet william, darker coral bells, & german chamomile, and you have this:

Pretty eclectic, no?

Happy gardening everyone, and thank you for taking the time to read my garden blog!
